Your new patient consultation with us is typically a two-day appointment. Your DAY 1 Visit includes a deep dive into your health history and current challenges with a PDC Doctor, and your nervous system scans. Our team of care advocates will reach out to you to schedule your DAY 2 Visit which includes a review of your nervous system scan findings, your customized care plan, and first adjustment.

*Moms and Dads, please note, your child does not have to attend the DAY 1 Visit. This is to you have ensure adequate time with the PDC Doctor to focus on the important details. We will schedule a separate time for your child to get their nervous system scans.

Step 2: Pick a Date and Time

Our online scheduler lets you view available appointments in real time. Choose a date and time that fits your schedule. We offer flexible hours to accommodate busy families, including mid-mornings and afternoons.

Step 3: Provide Your Information

Fill in your details so we can get to know you better, this includes basic contact information. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and all information is securely handled.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once you submit your appointment request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. In this email will be a link to your New Patient Intake, please have it filled out 24 hours prior to your appointment for our PDC Doctors to review. We’ll also send a reminder as your appointment date approaches.

What to Expect on Your First Visit 

Your DAY 1 & DAY 2 appointments will involve a comprehensive assessment to understand your health history and current challenges and goals. We perform our CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans and your PDC Doctor will review the findings with you. We will create a personalized care plan and you will have the option to receive your first adjustment with us.
