           *Moms and Dads, do you have a young child or sensitive case? Your child does not need to attend. We will schedule their nervous system scan separately. 

Step 2: Fill Out Your Intake Form

Your confirmation (email/text) will have a link to your intake form (approx. 7-20 minutes) Please submit 24 hours in advance.

Step 3: Come on in!

You will receive a non-invasive Neurological Scan, Consultation with a Doctor, and a follow up appointment with a Report of Findings and Personalized Care Plan.
